Salary / Pay Scale & Duration of Contract: Post wise salary details & contract duration details are given below –
Trainee Engineer / Officer-I: will be engaged initially for a period of One year which may be extended upto maximum of Three years (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 25,000/-, Rs. 28,000/-and Rs. 31,000/- for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year of contract respectively.
Project Officer-I: will be engaged initially for a period of Two years which may be extended up to maximum of Four years (including initial period) based on requirement and individual performance. Candidates will be paid a consolidated remuneration of Rs.35,000/-, Rs.40,000/-, Rs.45,000/- and Rs.50,000/- for 1st, 2nd, 3rd year and 4th year of contract respectively.
Educational Qualification: Post wise qualification details are given below –
Trainee Engineer-I: B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg-4 years) Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Telecommunication / Communication / Mechanical
Trainee Officer-I: Two years Full time CA / ICWA / MBA(Fin.)
Project Officer-I: Two years Full time MBA / MSW / PGDM
Experience (If Any): Minimum 01 years relevant experience for Trainee Engineer I / Trainee Officer I and 2 years experience for Project Officer I is required.
Age Limit: The upper age limit is 25 years for Trainee Engineer – I / Trainee Officer I and 28 years for Project Officer – I. Relaxation in the upper age limit will be as per GoI Rules.
Selection Process: Based on Marks obtained in academic degree + relevant experience and Interview.
Application Fees: Application fee for the post of Trainee Engineer / Trainee Officer is Rs. 200/- and Rs. 500/- for Project Officer. SC/ST/PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
