A guideline has also been added to the guidelines to ensure that the use of excessive digital screens does not harm mental as well as physical health.
Keep the vacation time the same as the normal calendar so that students and teachers can be stress free even in the Study from Home. According to the Human Resource Development Officer, the guidelines are being prepared as per the report provided by the NCERT. States and Union Territories have been advised to adopt an online education policy taking into account various factors.
Many families of students studying in government schools also have to struggle for food, accommodation and other necessities. Due to lack of digital equipment for online classes and limited number of children in the family against limited mobiles, it became difficult for many children to study online at the same time. And guidelines that take into account the physical and mental health of children may be included in the guidelines.
