In the board exams, a student with a mobile, calculator was arrested, a direct police case
Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has decided to conduct a police case if the student is caught in mobile or other Viaguan device in the examination to stop the irregularities in the March-2015 examination. The convicted student will be disqualified for the next two years with the current year being examined. The rules of the police case against the stolen by the board will be implemented from this year. The copy case was being filed before the student was caught by the mobile or other devices. But in most cases the place manager was avoiding the police case. The Board now has to make a compulsory police case to administer every rule made to the rule.
Regulations are implemented for the first time
Even if the details of the paper are sent out, the police will be prosecuted
1. If the student sends the question paper before the commencement of examination in the examination, via e-mail or other media, then the police will be kept against him. Also, in this case, the Board will be disqualified for three years.
CBSE does not give the exam for five years
2. A police case is also filed against the students caught with mobile or any Viaguan device on the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board. While two-interference is done for the exam for five years. Against this, the guilty student in Gujarat board will not be given three years of examination. However, the Gujarat Board has taken the decision of the police complaint for the first time only.
There will be a case under section 9 of the breach of the notification
3. According to the sources of the board, during the board exams, the clause 188 is applied around the examination centers. Only the breach will be imposed during the examination, the place manager will become the complainant in this rule. Also, a copy case will be filed by the board.
