The above scheme has been implemented all over India by New Delhi, Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India. The implementation of this has been initiated in the State of Gujarat from 3-5-6. The application of which has to be made separately to the concerned Mamlatdar of the concerned taluka.
The eligibility to apply under this scheme is as under:
Applicant’s age should be 3 years or more.
The applicant resides in the rural area and the poor line should include a score of 1 to 3 in the B.P.L. Urban area applicants should include a B.P.L prepared in connection with the poverty reduction programs of the Central Government’s Urban Housing & Property Elevation Ministry.
Eligible spouses can apply both.

Amount of assistance Monthly assistance to the beneficiary’s 3- to 5-year-olds: Rs. 1 / – (Rs. 1 / – of the Central Government, Rs. Rs. 1 / – + Central Government Rs.
Regarding the appeal petition
There is provision to appeal the province officer within 7 days on the rejected application.
